  • Late To Your Appointment
    We kindly request that you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you happen to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment to ensure we can accommodate all of our clients in a timely manner
  • Cancellation Policy
    We understand that sometimes matters are out of your control forcing you to miss your appointment. But we do encourage for you to give us at least 24 hours notice cancellation of your appointment. We can offer a refund of your deposit if you cancel your appointment in a timely manner, if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment we unfortunatley cannot offer you a refund of the deposit.
  • Refund Policy
    We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
  • Health & Safety
    We take the health and safety of our clients and staff very seriously. We follow strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone. If you are feeling unwell or have recently been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment.
  • Payment Policy
    All deposits must be paid by card at the time of the booking. On the day of the appointmet we encourage that if you are paying by cash to bring the exact ammount to the appointment as we do not carry change. Alternatively, you can do a bank transfer on the day of the appointment.

  • How Do I Book An Appointment?
    There are a few ways to book an appointment with us. You can visit our 'contact' page which has a link to Fresha, our booking system, where you can see all of our availability. Alternatively, you can contact me on any of my social medias also found on the contact page.
  • Are Patch Tests Required?
    Although patch tests are not required and are voluntary, we do encourage all clients who are new with us to come in to get a patch test done. They only take a few minutes to complete and you can pop into our salon whenever you are free, with prior notice.
  • Are You Mobile?
    Unfortunatley not, none of the service which we offer have a mobile option.
  • How Long Does An Appointment Take?
    Lash Full Set: 1:30 - 2 hours Lash Infill: 1 hour Lash Removal: 20 minutes Brow Lamination & Wax: 1 hour Brow Tinting & Wax: 1 hour Lash Lift: 1 hour
